All Yatra Shoes are proudly handmade in Nepal by skilled local artisans. Each pair reflects traditional craftsmanship, sustainable practices, and attention to detail.
How do I find my correct shoe size?
You can refer to our Size Guide available on each product page. If you’re unsure, we recommend measuring your foot length and comparing it with our chart for the best fit.
Do you ship outside Nepal?
Currently, we ship across Nepal and are working to expand our international shipping soon. Stay tuned for global delivery updates!
How long does delivery take?
Orders inside valley are usually delivered within 2-3 business days. Where as outside valley will take around 5-7 days .
What is your return or exchange policy?
We accept exchanges for unused shoes within 7 days of delivery if the size doesn’t fit or there’s a defect.
How should I care for my handmade shoes?
Avoid soaking them in water. Clean gently with a soft cloth and store them in a cool, dry place. For leather or fabric materials, use mild cleaners only.
